The Institute maintains the site Babies in the Workplace, which contains detailed information about organizations at which employees can bring their babies to work.  Babies in the Workplace includes an ongoing list of baby-friendly companies, pictures of babies in the workplace, and suggested guidelines for successful implementation of a babies-at-work program.

The Institute is currently creating "best practices" guidelines and free, downloadable implementation forms for babies-at-work programs, as well as preparing other materials to maximize the effectiveness and benefits of a baby program for an organization and for individuals.

The Institute is also creating brochures and other resources for individuals and organizations to enable successful participation in babies-at-work programs.  These materials will be based on the work of child development researchers in the areas of attachment and bonding, socialization and language development, holding and responsive care, breastfeeding, and other baby development issues.
